Tomorrow

Tomorrow my life changes forever... James starts real work!! And there's no summer break! And he's leaving for training in Chicago for 2 whole weeks! And it's going to be awful! I want to go. Ok, so I know we've been spoiled this summer with both of us not working. I know that... and I know other wives and moms don't feel sorry for me right now. But everything's relative, and to me, it's going to be a hard adjustment having James gone all the time. I think this training time in Chicago is just to train the wives to be away from their husbands. They probably just have all kinds of fun activities planned to party all day and night. ha
Anyway, I'm grateful for the time we've had together, and I know it'll never be the same, but life changes and I'm sure we'll adjust just fine. I'm grateful he has a job! But in the meantime, I'd just like to pout a little bit about being alone for 2 weeks. Did I mention it was 2 weeks long? =) Time to pack...

I am SO JEALOUS he gets to go to Chicago for, was it 2 weeks, yes, 2 weeks! :)

Think of all the unsupervised shopping you can do in 2 weeks!

So sad for you but at the same time, excited that you will visit US for 2 weeks! ;) Okay, maybe you don't want to be here that long but you are more than welcome to stay forever if you want! Love you!!

Yippy! We can play now. Not that I don't feel bad for you, I just miss my Christie.

I'm sorry. I hate it when Chad leaves for only a day much less 2 weeks. Let me know if you want to vent or hang out. I understand. That's a long time. Hello... we're still newlyweds with our husbands, right?

Man I wasn't feeling sad until this post!! Seriously, this training is REALLY for the wives to get them all used to the long hours. Boo! Well, 1/2 day down, 12 1/2 to go....

Marshall just went to Colorado for 6 days. As we watched his tears and Shannon's tears, Eric and I said to each other "That's a good sign". So Christie, from Eric and me "That's a good sign that you are going to miss him so much". Sometimes love hurts, doesn't it?
