We had a last minute get together with some of our friends for New Year's Eve. Everyone brought delicious food and we played games after the littles went to bed. The game "Bang" is an old favorite, and Tellestrations is one of our new favorites - it's like a round robin pictionary game and it always gets some good laughs. Add some sparkling cider, flimpsy photo props, and that made for a pretty wild New Years at the Palmer's!
Zara shared some of her family food traditions, like these little pies, and whoever got the almond got good luck for the year. (Don't know what James's pose is all about...)
The new year brought a newly healed arm for Hazel! She was so brave while the nurse cut it off. We asked Hazel if she wanted to keep her cast, but she said she never wanted to see it again. Touche.
