On New Years Eve, we headed to the Howes to ring in the new year! We have quite a few more kids in the mix now, but we got them all to bed and we partied til the wee hours of the morning (2 am). I was actually impressed with myself. We ate yummy snacks and sweets, played Rockband, the Wii, and Bunco, and sipped sparkling cider at midnight -- all the fixins for a crazy party. We had a blast. I usually never win anything, so I was pretty proud of my Bunco win. Plus, we ended up with the monkey prize too, which James fashioned as a monkey scarf. It'll be all the rage in 2014 - I just know it.
